so my question is this: tachlis: why not send a letter to every mid - to - large shul in N.America, promoting your idea of purchasing an apartment in Israel for the members of the shul. Include  some practical suggestions of how to go about it. Turn this into a real project. 

I am certain that in every Jewish community, are a number of Jews (present company excluded - I am a simple Jewish studies teacher) well versed in the business of foreign real estate. This is a fantastic idea. All it takes is a Nachshon to take the first step into the water...</description>
